Kinetic wins the 'ICRA Boat of the Year 2009' Award

Kinetic won the ICRA Boat of the Year 2009 for Howth at the ICRA conference on Saturday 21st November.

Four boats reached the final reckoning of the ICRA Boat of the Year 2009 announced over the weekend at the yearly conference. These included, Mariners Cove, Blondie, Rockabill and Kinetic.

Kinetic was announced the winner of this prestigious award for 2009, representing Howth Yacht Club, after missing out last year having also reached the final reckoning.

Kinetic is the first ever boat representing class 2 that has won the award.

John Murphy and Richard Colwell were at the conference and collected the boat of the year trophy from ICRA commodore Barry Rose.
