As part of the National Optimist Squad, Diana, Ali, Tara and Oliver - all HYC junior members - travelled to Nieupoort, Belgium to take part in the Flanders Regatta 2007.
Only 6 out of the 12 races scheduled were raced due to bad weather.
Great fun was had by all in preparation for departing for the Europeans in Athens and the Worlds in Sardinia.
