After a hard winter and spring of ISA Leinster Squad Training at the National Yacht Club and following their success at the qualifiers at the Laser Munsters in Baltimore and the ISA Youth Nationals at Crosshaven over the Easter, three Howth Yacht Club sailors Gillian Condy, Katie Malcolm and Alan Ruigrok have been selected to be part of the ISA Laser 4.7 National Team of 8 for the Laser 4.7 European Championships in July '07.
As part of their ongoing preparations for this they will participate in the International Laser Europa Cup and Youth Grand Prix at Hoorn in Holland from 10th to 13th May and will also be in France in June. We wish them all the best. Eddie Ferris - Junior Organiser, HYC
