The J80 ladies evening was held on Thursday, 18th July from 6-9pm. Unfortunately, due to a lack of wind, the ladies were unable to go sailing in the J80s. However, despite the lack of wind, 25 ladies went sailing on Changeling, Mystique and Tantrum 3.
Thanks sincerely to Kieran and Daire Jameson, Rose and Robert Michael and Jenny O'Leary for bringing their yachts out. And thanks very much to Sarah Peelo in the restaurant for the lovely cheese boards and thanks to Carl, the HYC manager for supporting the event.
Hopefully we will be able to arrange another ladies J80 evening later in the season, where we will actually get out sailing in the J80s! All ladies will be very welcome.
