Three HYC crews together with crews from the Dun Laoghiare clubs travelled to Greystones for the two day end of season regatta on 27th & 28th August.
David Johnston and Louise Flynn Byrne continued their excellent season with three firsts and two seconds to secure another regatta win. New crew parings of Nicky Delamer and Neil Howard put in tremendous performance with two race wins, a second and a third securing fourth place in the gold fleet. Neil Howard also collected the under 11 prize. Conor Howard and Ben Colwell sailing in the first regatta together came home in second place in the silver fleet.

Saturday provided to be a challenging day for all competitors and the race managing team in shifty and blustery conditions. While Saturday was overcast, the sun shone on Sunday and the remaining three of the seven race series was completed in near perfect conditions.
