The above drawings outline the proposals to upgrade and modernize our existing office facilities. Being in excess of 25 years in their current format our existing offices and services have become dated and overloaded and now require a comprehensive upgrade, and fit-out.

The fit- out and upgrade is essential for the continued smooth and efficient running of the Yacht Club and associated activities both on the water and shore based on the premises. The main requirement with respect to Office activities is the replacement, modernization and upgrading of our computer and server facilities as they are grossly overloaded and outdated at this stage of their lifespan.

Integration of all office based functions, together with staff in one comprehensive location.
The office relocation to the Asgard Room is a much closer location to our key revenue streams of Event & Marina Management.
Communication between Members and Office Staff much enhanced with all personnel under "one roof".
Important presentation to the Members, Public, and Event Competitors, alike, as a modern efficient "Front of House".
Provide an open plan modern office environment for staff to carry out their duties.
Increase Staff Efficiency and Resources Allocation of duties to suit the challenging fiscal environment for the coming years.
Provide much better and more coordinated interaction between Members, In particular the General Manager, Staff and office functions.
Monitoring of Income & Expenditure with respect to efficient collection of subscriptions and Marina License fees and invoicing. This has become particularly important with respect to early months of the coming year.
Cash flow and cost control has reached a critical priority and with the external business environment likely to remain challenging, this reorganization will provide for meeting the challenge.
Relocation to the Asgard Room requires relatively minor building works or alterations and further allows a speedy completion of the fit out works and commencement of office functions.
The multifunctional approach to the new office design allows for a significant increase in support of Major Event Management together with associated cost control and efficiency in running the event.
