Rosie is up for sale, meaning the Cocoon Cruiser Challenge could be Roy's last event with Rosie!
He has owned Rosie since 2004 and the crew put together a presentation for him - an inscribed winch and a framed picture of Rosie competing in Scotland.
Due to other committments, Roy has been unable to travel with Rosie in recent times but generously allowed the crew to take her to compete at away events.
This year Rosie won her class at the Scottish Series, the British IRC Championships and Cork Week and also won the Corby Cup in Cowes overall!
Hopefully the sale of Rosie won’t be the end of Roy’s fantastic sailing achievements!
