This is a wee note to thank everyone who supported our Daffodil Day Coffee Morning last Friday in the Yacht Club.
Gifts were generously donated by The Winehouse, Howth Haven & Joan McManus from The King Sitric, along with some other raffle prizes which all helped to boost our total.
We had a very enjoyable morning and managed to raise <%=euroLogo3%>1,300 by the end of the day, which is wonderful for this very worthy cause.
There are of course a few people that I must thank especially, Nic Parton and John Deane from the yacht Club for helping to spread the word and getting the ball rolling.
Phil from the Restaurant for allowing us to use the facilities and also the great help we got from Barbara, Dave and Richard on the day. We couldn't have done it without you.
Last but by no means least, I seriously couldn't have got this off the ground without the help of some great friends Daire Jameson, Liz Massey, Mary Cooper, Rachel Cronin and long suffering husband David Jones who were all absolutely indispensible on the day.
Mary Stanley also deserves a mention for her efforts. Thank you all so much.
Here's hoping for bigger and better next year.
