We had a great weekends racing despite the heavy weather gods. On Friday the wind was 15kts W'ly, on Saturday 15/20kts SW'ly with gusts to 30kts and on Sunday 15/20kts SW'ly again, occasionally 25kts.

In the true spirit of the event our participants endured the heavy winds but flat seas and lovely temperatures to enjoy what some described as the best weekends weather all year.
As sponsor of the event, Euro Car Parks are delighted to participate in such a socially participative event and have agreed to continue their sponsorship to next year.
Without great people, great events don’t happen so we cannot forget to mention our PRO Derek Bothell and his wife Gaye who did the results. Derek and his team simply played a blinder and on behalf of all of the participants our sincerest thanks.
This was a bit of a trial event but one we are going to keep going and Euro Car Parks have agreed to sponsor again next year in the National Yacht Club.
